We’d love you to join us on a weekend of relaxation, self-care, and learning how to conquer and even love your menopause, midlife can be a stressful transition for women and that’s without the hormonal changes, difficulties sleeping, mood swings, and hot flushes, in this retreat learn from experts how to make your menopause work for you. As your hosts we will be joining you on your journey from the minute we welcome you to the time you leave us.

We understand that midlife can be a difficult phase, not only do our bodies change but often there are significant changes in our emotional experience and our outer world too, children leaving home, divorce, dating, elderly parents, loss and grief, not to mention the questions such as what's next for me. Your Retreat hosts have tonnes of experience with helping women through these changes, putting them in the perfect place to support you.
Whether you are in your early 40s and peri-menopausal, in early surgical or medically induced menopause, or right in the thick of those hot flushes, sleepless nights, weight gain, and mood swings, our menopause retreat will help you understand, manage, and take control of your menopause.

- Manage your nervous system for an anxiety-free menopause.
- Hypnosis for relaxation and a peaceful night's sleep.
Saturday
- Meditation with affirmations and stretch

- Mindful walk
- Break – nutritious snack making workshop
- Osteoporosis prevention workshop
- Lunch
- Free afternoon – use of the pool and spa, if you would like to book a massage please let us know at the time of booking.
- Dinner
- Nutrition talk (fighting the menopause with food and supplements).
- Hypnosis for relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Sunday
- Yoga for flexibility and mobility

Location information
The Verdanta is a luxury grade II-listed retreat center nestled in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, the property is set in stunning gardens with breathtaking views of the nearby countryside, and facilities include a gym, spa, and lake use for wild swimming. Â Enjoy delicious and heartwarming vegetarian meals lovingly prepared by a team of experienced in-house chefs.

The venue is also accessible by train from London airports.
Please note that guests are responsible for making their way to and from the retreat location, this is not included in the price.

The closest station is Lincoln Station (10 min drive from The Vedanta), which is approximately a 2.5-hour journey from Kings Cross and Birmingham New Street.

Emma has been working in the health & wellness industry since 2019, she has qualifications in both personal training & nutrition, and she is passionate about supporting women to find natural ways to manage their menopause, through diet & lifestyle changes, whilst still being able to enjoy life to the full.
Aimee
Aimee has been working in the health & wellness sector for the past 5 years, she is a qualified personal trainer, & coach with a passion for empowering women in mid-life to confidently manage their menopause & feel free in their own bodies.
Lou
Lou has been working as a therapist & hypnotherapist for the past 16 years. she has a special interest in helping women navigate the challenges of mid-life & learn to love & fully embrace this life stage.
